With over 17 years of selling Los Angeles residential real estate, Bounce has had the good fortune of selling throughout Los Angeles County, representing and selling everything from high-end homes, fixer-uppers and everything in between. An evolution over the years, Bounce has developed a systematic approach that is built on trust, transparency and results for his clients.  His focus is not about being different, but rather being both relevant and compelling. The residential real estate market is an emotional engine, so he strives to focus on the emotional side of the equation when presenting a property to the public market. Marketing a home is an exciting process that can yield satisfying results when done correctly. Building the right strategic plan allows the property to stand out from the rest, to meet—or—exceed the expectations for garnering the highest price in the shortest amount of time possible. All hands on deck!  As a full-service REALTOR®, I oversee every aspect of the selling process, preparing the property, from market to close. The deep relationships forged over the years have allowed me to provide my clients with the best service providers from stagers, photographers, videographers, architects, contractors, and inspectors—ALL vital to the process of preparing and presenting the property in the best possible light. Selling a house can be a stressful and time-consuming process. My goal is to minimize that stress and support everyone involved in performing at their best.
